Entering COVID-19 Vaccine Lot and Expiry Information
The lot number and expiry date for a COVID-19 vaccine can be entered in the COVID-19 Injection window or Drug Folder. Use the dropdowns below to learn more.
COVID-19 Injection Window
Lot and Expiry fields are available in the COVID-19 Injection window. When populated, this information prints on the Immunization Record and patient consent form.
Drug Folder
Lot Number and Lot Expiry fields are available in the Drug Folder Main tab. When populated, this information auto-populates in the COVID-19 Injection window.
This information must be manually updated when using inventory that has a different lot number and expiry date to fill prescriptions.
